Administrative coordinator
At the New York Academy of Medicine I manage calendars and book travel for two executives, prepare for internal and external meetings (including the bi-monthly All Staff), and process expense reports and invoices. Additionally, I engage in strategic planning and lead special projects and long-term initiatives, ensuring effective collaboration and successful outcomes. Currently building a new department, NYAM Narrative Health.
executive assistant
I managed and optimized calendars for the founder of MSNBC and CNBC, scheduled internal and external meetings, cleared conflicts, and prepared for the week ahead. I managed the executive inbox, communicated respectfully and effectively with high-level executives and media personalities, and handled various paperwork and documents. I arranged travel, including transportation, lodging, and dining reservations, took dictation, and provided light editing to editorial and business documents. Additionally, I troubleshooted light IT issues, booked personal appointments for the executive and family members, made personal orders, and corresponded with utility vendors for household and office needs.
coach
As a coach, I led large classes of Level I and Level II Associates, teaching job fundamentals such as customer service, pharmacy tech, internal systems, and delivery logistics. I created self-study learning modules using Articulate and maintained the internal how-to knowledgebase. Additionally, I served as the primary instructor for an introductory acting class, providing a foundation in Western acting techniques and leading rehearsal and performance practicums. I also led group discussions on the history of theater, graded assignments, and assisted in an intensive acting course, coaching individual students and handling administrative tasks. Furthermore, I taught workshops in elementary schools, offering interactive performances and master classes.
As the Executive Producer for The Navigator, I managed day-to-day operations, produced festivals and main stage productions, hired guest artists, fundraised, and selected scripts. Notable credits include producing The Lift-Off Series of new Sci-fi works in NYC (2015-2017), The Aurora Project at Access Theater (2017), and directing Three Commissioned One-Acts in 2018 at The Navigators’ residency at Plaxall Gallery.
